What tap Does

isee tap™ platform uses ISO 15693 near field communication (NFC) technology in our proprietary display hardware placed at the point of retail decision, anywhere in a retail space, giving shoppers the opportunity to “tap” their phone and be rewarded with offers, brand content or loyalty/benefits delivered securely to their phones. The platform is supported by an intuitive portal for managing programs and tracking performance, truly upping your retail game and deepening consumer connections.

What's Included

The isee tap™ platform comes with two main components: the signage hardware and the smartcards that click into it. The hardware uses proprietary Nanohold™ technology to stick to various surfaces and comes in four variations to cover various retail applications: surface, counter, pivot and shelf.

Campaigns that evolve with your program

With a simple tap of their phone on the NFC icon, shoppers instantly access the content brands or retailers want to share—taking your retail media network, loyalty program and brand strategy to the next level. It’s the same technology used in tap-to-pay, making this a more secure, more innovative and faster experience than a QR code.

The isee tap™ platform features an intuitive back-end that allows you to easily update your campaigns/offers, while providing key data insights like device type and daily activity, all while maintaining control over your own data collection and tracking methods

iseetap.com portal interface. It includes information such as campaign name, status, date created, associated tags, total scans, and export options. Below, a line graph displays “Scans over time” from February 20 to March 20, 2024, with peaks and dips. User/device information is presented in tables, detailing scan data by device model, operating system, city, and source type (QR or NFC). Options for filtering by date range and exporting data as CSV or PDF are also visible.
